INEOS Compounds follows a systematic approach in all its activities - research & development , production, commercial and finance.

All resources of INEOS Compounds are  targeted at the constantly rigorous control of the Quality Processes.

The use of communication tools and "information sharing" is an essential part of our targets. The information system spans all levels of our organization aimed at improving the awareness and the participation of all of our personnel and resources. 

The monitoring of our INEOS Compounds Quality Management System, based on the control of key qualitative and quantitative performance parameters, allows us to fine-tune and adapt our processes and output to an optimal degree. 

Objectives are defined, shared and agreed by process owners and their staff. 
 
Our customers and their needs are critical at all stages of the process. We are evaluated daily by our customers’ satisfaction. Ongoing customer satisfaction analyses show us as a reliable supplier, and one which is technically valuable and capable of offering economic advantages over competition.

Our Swedish and British INEOS Compounds plants are certified according to ISO 9001:2008.
Our Swiss plant at Sins is certified to ISO 9001:2000.
